Rental Includes: 1. AV equipment (up to 4 handheld mics & projector) 2. Complimentary Wi-Fi 3. Exclusive use of the Saloon for the placement of F&B 4. Air-conditioning (AC extension fee - RM155/hour after 6PM on Weekdays and through the weekend) PRE AND POST EVENT SET UP: Set up is typically included in booking time on the event day. For large set ups, exceptions may be made at our discretion. SECURITY & CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. Four weeks and less to event date: 50% fee of total booking amount is due. In the event of cancellations, this 50% deposit payment will be non-refundable. 2. Two weeks and less to event date : 100% cancellation fee of total booking amount is due. In the event of cancellations, this 100% payment will be non-refundable. VENUE RULES & LIMITATION : 1. No smoking allowed. 2. Any damage to existing furnishings or temporary storage/removal of furnitures will be chargeable. PARKING: KL Sentral Station : RM5 for first hour, RM4 every subsequent hour.
