For large set ups, exceptions may be made at our discretion. Security & Cancellation Policy: 1. Four weeks and less to event date: 50% fee of total booking amount is due. In the event of cancellations, this 50% deposit payment will be non-refundable. 2. Two weeks and less to event date : 100% cancellation fee of total booking amount is due. In the event of cancellations, this 100% payment will be non-refundable.
