Project Next Door caters to three (3) core areas namely: EMPOWERING - providing interactive coaching and cutting edge practical training programs, EXPERIENTIAL - providing hands on actual simulations and Industry 4.0 walkthroughs using on -site applications and devices and ENGAGING - providing the opportunity to everyone and anyone to rent out our space for their own programs and activities at decently affordable rates!

Security Deposit :
50% of the total rental fee 2 weeks before event.
Cancellation Policy:
Upon cancellation, 10% of security deposit will be deducted should the event be cancelled within two weeks of the event.

Parking spaces can be found outside and around the tower.
